At Stratus Cube, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our products or services. It applies to our websites and to all of our mobile applications.
Information we collect
When you use our products or services, we may collect the following information:
- Your name and email address if you contact us through the contact page on our website.
- Device information, such as operating system version, device model, language and region, display settings, and installed memory
- App activity, such as app launches and app version
- A randomly generated installation identifier, described under “Analytics” below
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data, in apps that display ads, as described under “Advertising” below
We may also collect other information with your consent or as required by law.
Analytics
Our apps report basic usage analytics to us so we can understand how many people use an app and on what kinds of devices. When an app launches, it may send us the device information listed above together with a randomly generated installation identifier.
That identifier is created on the device the first time the app runs and is not derived from your device's hardware, your Apple or Google account, or your advertising identifier. It is not linked to your name or email address, and deleting and reinstalling the app replaces it with a new one. We use it only to distinguish one installation from another so that repeat launches are not counted as new users.
This analytics data is stored with Google, on servers in the United States.
Advertising
Some of our apps are supported by advertising and display ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver an ad, Google stores and reads information on your device, including device and advertising identifiers. This happens even when ads are not personalized, because that information is used for purposes such as limiting how often you see the same ad and detecting invalid or fraudulent activity.
We request non-personalized ads for every user, in every country. We do not enable ad personalization, we do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our apps do not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and they do not use your device's advertising identifier for that purpose.
Google processes the data it collects through AdMob as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can review Google's Privacy Policy and the list of ad technology providers that may be involved in serving ads in our apps.
Consent in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our ad-supported apps ask for your consent before storing or reading information on your device for advertising, using Google's User Messaging Platform. If you decline, the app continues to work normally, and Google may still show limited ads, which are more restricted in the information they use.
Where an app has asked you for this consent, it also provides a way to revisit your choice from within the app, shown as a Privacy Options item.
United States state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our apps signal restricted data processing to our advertising provider for all users, which limits how your information may be used. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our app: We use your information to provide our app and to make improvements to it.
- Communicate with you: If you provide us with your email address, we may use it to communicate with you about our app, including updates and promotions.

The analytics data described above is stored with Google in the United States, and Google may process advertising data outside your country as well. These transfers rely on the safeguards Google provides for them, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent, for storing and reading information on your device to show ads. You can withdraw it at any time from the Privacy Options item in the app.
- Legitimate interests, for basic usage analytics, keeping our apps and websites secure, and detecting invalid or fraudulent ad activity.
- Legitimate interests, for replying when you contact us through our website.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we process it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it. Your choices
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of our app.

- Change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time from within the app, where a consent prompt was shown

- Clear the installation identifier we use for analytics by deleting and reinstalling the app
- Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Children's privacy
Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if we become aware that we have done so, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Our apps are not directed to children, and ads shown in them are restricted to content rated suitable for general audiences.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or through our app. Your continued use of our app after we make changes to this Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
